The App

The Cooperative Health App was created to enable families and other stakeholders to connect, share and support each other.  It is currently available to nonprofit partners participating in our Beta launch to build community and test the App.  Every user is required to join using a unique activation code to complete the account creation process, and the code is provided by Cooperative Health.

Follow these steps to redeem the activation code and create your account:

1. Download the Cooperative Health app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

2. Click “redeem your activation code” at the bottom of the Sign-In screen to register and create your account.
