What communities does Cooperative Health currently support?
We have created the Cooperative Health ITP community, and we are actively seeking other pediatric cancer and rare disease nonprofit partners to participate in our Beta launch to build communities and test the App. If you represent one of these organizations and are interested, please Contact Us.
Do I have to pay to use the Cooperative Health App?
No. We do not charge organizations or individuals to use the Cooperative Health App.
Is Cooperative Health a 501(c)(3) nonprofit?
Yes, Cooperative Health is a private foundation, which is a type of nonprofit. Cooperative Health has been granted 501(c)(3) exempt status.
I want to donate money to Cooperative Health. Do you accept donations?
Thank you for your interest in supporting Cooperative Health. We are not currently accepting donations, and we are working through the process to do so.

What are the community rules?
We want Cooperative Health to be a place where everyone feels welcomed and respected, especially when there are differences in beliefs and opinions. Please review our user agreement here for more information about your responsibilities as a user.
Can I access my Cooperative Health community from my computer?
No, the Cooperative Health communities can only be accessed from the App, which can be downloaded at the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Is there a minimum age requirement for Cooperative Health users?
Yes. We require users to be at least 13 years of age. Please visit our User Agreement for more information
What should I do if I am having technical difficulties with the Cooperative Health app?

Can I delete my account?
You can delete your Cooperative Health account at any time by clicking Delete Account in your Profile.
